The meeting will take place in Punta de Teno, the meeting time is up to you. Before you start rafting, professional instructors will give you an introductory briefing on safety, precautions and the basics of rowing. It is important to feel the dimensions of the kayak, learn to keep balance and paddle correctly along a given route.

After that, two people are placed in each kayak. You have nothing to worry about, you are accompanied by experienced instructors. Rest assured, a few minutes will be enough for you to get comfortable and enjoy kayaking.

Moving according to the route, we will meet the amazing beauty of the Teno lighthouse and approach the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The height of these rocks is about 600 meters, they are also called “giant mountains”, or “walls of hell”, due to the fact that these mountains do not have gentle slopes. Their appearance and size will take your breath away.

During our rafting, the accompanying guide will tell you a lot of facts, legends and stories, answer your questions, tell you about the deep inhabitants, flora and fauna of the coast. Surely you will want to see everything with your own eyes. For this, the route provides a stop for snorkeling. Wearing a mask and breathing tube, you can dive to a depth of 10 meters and admire the underwater beauty. Crystal clear, azure water will allow you to see jellyfish, corals, fish and much more.

After a short dive, we will head back. Kayaking takes 1 hour 30 minutes.

How to get to the Punta de Teno location:

It is important to consider that Punta de Teno has limited access for personal vehicles. By car you will reach the building of the municipality of Buenavista del Norte. From this point, you need to transfer to bus route 369 from the bus station to Punta de Teno. Travel time will be about 20 minutes.
